Private Clients

These extensive terms are for the protection of individuals and small companies that we have not been able to categorise as sufficiently expert. Subscription to personalised services may require completion of a detailed questionaire to enable us to assess the suitability of investments, without which we cannot act for UK residents. 

Professional Clients

This applies to individuals and small companies wishing to use PIT as a Independent Financial Adviser that have given us grounds to be categorised as sufficiently expert at investing in transferable securities and collective investment schemes. A letter of acknowledgement is required.

This information note describes how we intend to respect the privacy of your personal information and, in return, how we expect you to respect the confidentiality of our intellectual property.

Availability

Securities regulations in foreign jurisdictions may restrict our ability to offer certain services to some investors. These may prevent us from: -

• recommending specific securities
• suggesting particular parties to transactions
• offering personal client-specific advice

At the present time we therefore regret that we are unable to act act as Independent Financial Adviser for individual investors and cannot offer Consultancy to institutions in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Singapore, the United States and some other countries. Notwithstanding this, users of this site must satisfy themselves that the laws of their own country allow them to access the information.
